Refunds & Returns


Your resistance bands can be refunded if they are returned within 15 days of purchase.

Once received by ApeFit, a refund will be issued. Please note that the cost to return the item will be on the buyer. 


You are able to return within 15 days of receipt of your shipment.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The customer is responsible for the items until they reach our warehouse. We will notify you once your return has been received and approved. The refund will be processed to the original method of payment. We recommend using a tracked service to return the goods as all transport risk is borne by the sender.



Some orders are returned to us for the following reasons:

- Incorrect address provided
- Delivery attempted, then left unclaimed at the postal office
- Customs charges not paid

This list is an example and is not exclusive. In the case that an order is returned to the sender, there are two options available:

1. We can resend the item, however, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges.

2. We can refund the order less a $15NZD handling and restocking fee.

If we do not receive any correspondence from the customer the order will be considered abandoned.
